An exercise class that combines Pilates and low-impact cardio. This class includes a 10-minute warm up, followed by 20 minutes of low-impact cardiovascular workout. The second half of the class will include Mat Pilates with stretching.  

This class requires the ability to maintain one's balance while standing, moving, and changing direction.
