Fast-paced circuit – a total body workout. This cardiovascular training is accomplished by alternating between recumbent bicycles, treadmills, stair climbers, rowers and elliptical machines. The duration at each station is 30 seconds and the approximate time to complete a circuit is 45 minutes. The last circuit begins 45 minutes before closing time. All new students to the cardio-circuit training class must attend an orientation. Please contact Continuing Education for orientation days and times at 626-852-8022. Proof of registration and a photo ID are required at the orientation. You will be able to print a receipt after your transaction has been completed. Your name will appear on the class roster. A photo ID is required for admission to any of our fitness classes. No refunds will be issued after class begins.
