This class is a fast-paced cardiovascular circuit designed as a total body workout. Cardiovascular training is accomplished by alternating between weight machines and stationary bicycles. There are also treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals and recumbent bicycles in the Fitness Center, which can be used after completing the circuit. The duration at each station is 30 seconds (8 to 12 repetitions). It takes approximately 45 minutes to complete the full circuit.

All new students to the cardio-circuit training class must attend an orientation. Please contact the Continuing Education Office for details, (626) 852-8022. Proof of registration is required at the orientation.
You will be able to print a receipt after your transaction has been completed. Your name will appear on the class roster. A photo ID is required for admittance to any of our fitness classes.
No refunds will be issued after class begins.
