This fast-paced circuit is a total body workout. Cardiovascular training is accomplished by alternating between recumbent bicycles, treadmills, stair climbers, rowers, elliptical machines, and weight machines. The duration at each station is 30 seconds and the approximate time to complete a circuit is 45 minutes. The last circuit begins 45 minutes before closing time.
All new students to the Cardio-circuit Training class must attend an orientation. Please contact the Continuing Education Office at 626-852-8022 for details.
Proof of registration and identification are required for admission to all fitness classes.
