Meditation is for everyone and has been proven to help with stress relief, anxiety, focus, concentration, and overal well-being. Join us as we explore the many techniques and ideas that will help support your unique lifestyle and learning style. This class is great for beginners or for those who have a mediation practice but may be struggling to get to the next level. A brief movement practice will open each class, followed by mediation curriculum and discussion.
