Build muscle, increase strength, and improve cardiovascular health by using weight training machines, cable machines, dumbbells, and cardiovascular machines. Improve overall cardiovascular health by slowly progressing to different levels of cardiovascular activities like walking, jogging, and cycling.
New students are required to check in with the fitness attendant on the first day of attendance for a tutorial on how to safely use the exercise equipment.
No previous experience is required to attend.
