A gentle form of exercise that lengthens and strengthens the major muscles of the body, challenging the core using whole body movement, proper form and postural alignment. Bands may be used to add resistance to the body.   

Recommended: exercise band with handles and a small weighted ball.


Open to all fitness levels.
